Our HoneyPack GreenPack 50 air pillow is made from 52% recyclable material and 36% post-consumer content (PCR). It is a lightweight, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) film and creates light but durable air pillows and pillow mats for void fill, product cushioning and wrapping. A great all-around choice for those wanting a traditional film material, but with more than 50% recycled content.

HoneyPack films are available in both narrow (8”) and wide (15” – 16.5”) variants to create either pillow chains or pillow mats. Which pillow product is right for you? Here’s the buzz.
The narrow films (8” wide) make long chains of pillows. Pillow chains are the bee’s knees for fast, easy and sustainable void fill. Air pillows provide shock protection and reduce product shifting in the package. Available in 8×4, 8×6, 8×8 or 8×10. Larger pillows are better for filling larger spaces; smaller pillows provide more flexibility to fit into smaller or oddly-shaped voids.
The wider film (16.5” wide) makes “mats” of pillows, with 2, 4 or 8 chambers in each row. Pillow mats are a great choice for layering products, cushioning at the top and bottom, or wrapping products. The smaller the chambers, the more flexibility the product has for wrapping. The 8-chamber version is similar to bubble wrap in performance. Larger chambers work well for layered cushioning.
